I have played this game 30 times and I simply cannot fight sans

I killed every single monster spawn until the "but no one came message" for before toriel, papyrus, undyne, and mettaton fight, and killed all of them too

-also something I noticed is that in the very begging my save star used to say "_ left (to kill)" but after I left snowdin it stopped saying that

I dont know what I did wrong, also my level is 15 and not quite 19 but I wouldnt be able to raise it anyways because there are no more monsters left.
I have tried the True Genocide route entirely about twice and Im done!!!! i hate htise2 im so mad pls help

well, the answer is

your bad at the game, the only way to get to lvl 19 is to get good, you don't understand that?

same but ive never done genocide and i dont want to (well i am rn but im qutting cuz i accidentally did something that messed up the genocide route and i cant go back)

you should grind at the snowdin bridge until your save file says "Determination." or when snowdin's music is REALLY REALLY slowed down and there's not a soul

Okay. Actual help.
1) If your save file stops counting down monsters then you've failed the route and should not proceed.
2) Entering Snowdin Town before exhausting the kill counter will abort the genocide route.
3) In Snowdin you *must* kill Snowdrake before the kill counter runs out or genocide will be aborted.
I reccommend you check out a guide if you're still having trouble :)

Yeah i figured i did something wrong but i decided to ignore it
and i basically played the entire game while my true genocide route failed

but im probably not going to do this all over again (maybe in the future one day) because I have already played this entire game fully sooo many times

but regardless i appreciate the help

i also know there is a sans fight sim but i just kind of wanted to feel as if I had actually played the true genocide route, so i downloaded someones save file before sans fight and it was all good

i'm pretty sure you don't have to exhaust the counter before entering snowdin. from memory I could save at snowdin just fine and my run wouldnt be aborted, I might be wrong tho

Maybe you should refrain from completing genoicide. You can never escape the consequences. Just stop... But if you really want to do this pathetic thing then you have to kill every monster in EVERY area. You also have too kill Every monster. If you run too far too the nextr area then your run failed and you have to reset or better, just stop. And you should probably also kill every secret Monster just to be sure. I hope this... helped...
