flowey just "deleted" my save
i got this game like yesterday and after playing for 4 hours i finally reached the end, after defeating asgord or whatever i forgot his name i chose mercy then flowey just destroyed him, he said kill or be killed then closed my game. when i re-launch i get sent to a really difficult bossfight and it happens everytime i launch. i have no idea what is happening and really confused someone please tell me wtf is happening and can i go back to my old save

I love how that's actually a canon boss fight and you made a thread about it as if it wasn't normal. It's understandable though, it really feels like the game is messing with you when you first see the fight. But you'll get over it at some point.

You have to fight Omega Flowey since basically, he broke the 4th wall.

Breaking a save file is also breaking the 4th wall though...

how are people still commenting on this I got an answer and after dying a lot the fight was rigged (rigged as in its almost impossible to die not impossible to beat)

don't worry about it, you'll get it back, just make it through the fight, it's easier than it seems although it may seem impossible, you got this (I'm assuming you haven't beaten it yet, please correct me if I am wrong!)

your file it's still there. it's an autoload and the delete file image is just an image and doesn't do anything.
