Did you leave in PCE?
Cause I'd hate to see speedrummers get robbed of that little glitch. : )

There is a way to use the punch card you get for ice cream, to skip cut scenes, and text boxes.

lol people have this amazing tool at their fingers. it is called google.
Simply put PCE is "Punch card exploit" it allows you to move during cutscenes, which can do some amazing things. I highly recommend watching the Undertale speedrun. Keep in mind it spoils some of the game. a good 50% of the game is skipped and glitched over.
