Unless you’re planning on making a fangame, you can just do artwork of the normal characters pursuing these hobbies.
In that logic, Dancetale isn't really much of an AU, is it?
I didn't really go into details of what my AU is because it didn't really matter. Telling me that my AU isn't a very good AU does not help me come up with a name for it. Thanks anyway.
Plus just because someone has already made an AU, doesn't mean it's good or that they should have created it. Just look at the plethora of AUs that are just Sans recolors.
I'm not saying you shouldn't make this into an AU, nor am I saying this is a bad idea. It's just from the way you described it, it doesn't seem out of character for the normal versions of the cast to pursue these hobbies. It would be like someone creating a comic with the normal characters, and then calling it an AU just because the comic events didn't happen in the game. Whereas I feel that an AU should be reserved for events that couldn't possibly happen within the normal game's world.
But if you're just looking for a name, then "Hobbytale".
