How do you envision the characters' voices?

Basically, how do you envision the voices of each character sounding, and is there some voice that someone else does that you're basically just like, "Yeah, that's totally how that character sounds." Kinda like what a lot of the Undertale community thinks about jacksepticeye's voice for Papyrus.

Here's how I envision the characters' voices:

• Flowey: When pretending to be friendly, he sounds like a cute young baby saying its first words. However, once he reveals his true nature, I imagine him having a similar voice to Cackletta from Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga.
  
• Toriel: I imagine her having a very motherly voice to match her personality.
  
• Napstablook: Definitely has a shy ghost voice.
  
• The Annoying Dog: Since he only talks at the end of Hard Mode, I'd say the Annoying Dog's voice is the same as Toby Fox himself.
  
• Sans: Based off of his sound byte in-game, I always thought that Sans has a clown voice.
  
• Papyrus: Based off of his sound byte, I felt like giving Papyrus a deep voice. A little deeper than Skeletor.
  
• Mad Dummy: Just so flipping mad!!!!!!!!!
  
• Temmies: Almost all of them have funny voices, except for Bob who talks normally.
  
• Undyne: Has the voice of a serious lady.
  
• Alphys: She stutters and lisps a lot.
  
• Mettaton: Regardless of what form he's in, I pictured him having the voice of a game show host at all times.
  
• Muffet: I pictured her sounding like Cornelia from Code Geass (English Dub Version).
  
• Asgore: He's calm and manly.
  
• Asriel: Sounds just like any regular young boy in his regular form. In his "God" form, he gets an adult voice.
  
• Chara: Think of the most creepy kid to ever live.
  
• Frisk: Even though they don't talk, I believe they are the most gentle kid in contrast to Chara. Frisk is strong, independent, and always strives to do the right thing. With that said, Frisk's voice is gentle no matter what happens to them.

I'm personally fond of one comic dub voice actor. He gives Sans a brooklyn accent. (Alas, I know not his name)

I think I’ve seen that as well. But yeah, that’s a good one.

Personally, I’ve always thought,

-Sans has a deep voice, and his laugh is kind of like the sound he makes when he talks in-game. But when he does that thing where his pupils disappear and talks all slowly, it’s a little like how people always envision a demon voice, unnaturally deep and kinda growl-y/echo-y.
-Papyrus, well, I've always liked the jacksepticeye voice, personally.
-Toriel for me has a voice like a nice old lady. Just not so old her voice is all shaky and stuff. Maybe an Aunt May type thing.
-Asgore has a deep, manly voice, but one that also sounds calm, pretty cheerful and/or kind most of the time.
-Flowey has pretty much the voice of a little boy, but when he does the evil thing, it’s a lot like the demon thing I already described.
-Mettaton has basically the most cliche celebrity voice ever, but with a little bit of a robotic sound in it.
-Undyne has a confident voice, very strong and stuff.
-Temmie has the voice of a squeaky little sister, basically.
-Bob has always sounded like Markiplier in my head for some reason.
-Alphys, I’ve seen this one comic dub I can’t remember the name of where she stuttered a lot and had a shaky voice.
-Napstablook has always had a shaky, awkward, quiet, stuttering voice for me.
-Muffet I’ve always pictured with a voice similar to Charlotte in the old Charlotte’s Web animated movie.
-Angry Dummy would definitely sound like some crazy ranting dude on YouTube.

I think some people have made good voices for the characters.


personally, I think Sans' voice is a deep voice, kinda like the one given to him by Smashbits, except without the Brittish accent


I think they also got Undyne, Alphys, Toriel, and Asgore's voices done perfectly, and I think Jacksepticeye did a good voice for Papyrus.
