Help I've just bought the game and set the langauge to Japanese

This is the most stupid reason for needing to write a forum post but when I was going through the opening part of the game it took me to a language settings menu, where I accidentally set it to Japenese. I now can't seem to get back to that settings menu to change it back to English. What do.

Open the game. On the menu with all the characters where you load your game, choose the bottom option, which is settings.

In the settings menu, press Z once on the second option.
