You can also look up how to find the Undertale files and delete everything in the folder. It's different for mac and windows, if you need a mac guide I can tell you how
and i found a solution go in to the app data of the game and change all the numbers on the sheet to the original 000000 that will reset every thing as if playing it again for the first time.
