Weird song in game files

so, i was browsing the game files for things that didn't make it into the game, and I happened across a very strange song, i might have missed it in the game, but i don't ever recall hearing it before. The song's file name is mus_st_him.ogg is there any official name for this? if so, what is it?

it's surrounded by other sounds, but i wouldn't count them as songs
like: mus_st_happytown.ogg and mus_st_meatfactory.ogg all of the songs i've never heard before, and the have an st_ instead of skipping to the song name

If I remember right if your fun number is high enough you can hear these songs in snowdin where there is a fishing rod that usually says call me if you reel it in.

that song is called Gaster's Theme.

the only reason people found out the name is that there's a thing that if you have a certain fun value it makes a sound test room appear where the fishing rod in snowdin is, and there are 3 really short looped tracks and then a 17 second track called Gaster's Theme, which is mus_st_him.ogg

We don’t know that much about Gaster since it’s extremely rare to see him in game and when you do it’s impossible to get information about him. So..

Tl;dr weird scientist that died and has weird lackeys that say creepy things

Basically he was the royal scientist before Dr. Alphys, and he created the CORE. Then, one day he fell in and he basically became a deformed and corrupted dude. There is a room called room_mysteryman (room 269) I believe and it shows an image of him.
