Dancing annoying dog appears after sans battle (SOLVED)

Hey, so you need to be like an undertale expert know what this is.

So, there's a thing called Dogcheck that makes a dancing or sleeping dog appear, and that only appears if you try to access an inaccessible room.

Basically, I was fighting Sans, and I died.

When I died, the regular GAME OVER screen appeared. But then. when I pressed Enter after it a dancing dog appeared.

I then exited out of Undertale, being unable to progress. I reopened it, and guess what happened.

41 hours of progress. Gone.

I lost EVERYTHING, pretty much like a super true reset.

Does anybody know what this is?????
I seriously lost everything, because it gave me the screen where it shows stuff like "When HP is 0, you lose." and I have to choose a name.

Seriously, I lost all my stuff.

I heard if you mess around with code, the game will know if the "dogcheck" is active, and it will give you what people call the "Dirty hacker ending" so if you messed with code while dogcheck is on, it knows you messed with thecode.

Nope. I don't even know how to access game files.
NEVER have I used cheat engine/file modifying in Undertale, I am an honest gamer and I earn all my stuff legit. I didn't get the dirty hacker ending, because I was doing a genocide route and I was fighting sans and I died (not the first time I died) and then the dancing dog appeared, and I had no choice but to exit and then reopen it and I lost all my stuff.

The game had also somehow uninstalled itself later too.

My computer is very old too, it's from about late 2013, so it kinda bugs sometimes.

The last corridor DEFINITELY can't be an inaccessible room that is dogchecked. I accessed it multiple times before, in a neutral route, pacifist route, and a genocide route. I died like usual, GAME OVER and stuff like that, but it was really weird. I'm mad and sad at the same time that I lost 43 hours of progress.
