I can't get into Undyne's House...

I have 0 EXP, LV 1, I havent KILLED anything, I gave her WATER, I went on that 'DATE' with Papyrus, I SAVED monster kid, but when i go to Undyne's house, Papyrus says; ' I asked Undyne if we could all Hang... But she said something weird. She said she wont hang out with a murderer. But... Hm... I dont remember murdering anyone.. Though i am a pretty brutal guy ' and he says more and then he says ' but she seems very... Week from something. She stepped out and collapsed in the doorway. ' Anyone help?

You start with LVL one dear... :D hmmm, if you saved Monster Kid then you must forget to give Undyne some water.... i must test this after my new run :D

Well, I gave Undyne water. She ran away after I gave her it, I'm guessing she ran home..?

I have no idea, i think it glitched...

I checked and a lot of people with this problem didn't finish the Papyrus date. Did you get his phone number/talk to him in his room to initiate the real date?
I don't think this is your problem though because it said she doesn't want to hang out with a murderer, but it's worth a check
If it's not this it's probably a glitch

It sounds like you may have accidentally killed someone. There is a way to be level 1 and have killed 1 person. (Usually a ruins monster like whimsum, moldsmal, or migosp). Did Undyne say anything before the fight about you killing people for fun or hearing something from somebody’s family? Or did she call you out on being a wimp and making a big difference by hugging everyone. The second one means you were true pacifist.

Keep in your path to pacifist run, then after end, Flowey will appear and talk about Undyne, she will call you, I guess

Either you killed something and don’t remember it, or the game flagged something it wasn’t supposed to. If you still have 0 exp then most likely it’s the latter.

have you by any chance gotten a letter from undyne to give to alphys

Is this your first time playing the game? Maybe if you have played it on a different route previously it interfered with your ending? Either that or it was some glitch..
