Did you forget to go on a date with Undyne, Papyrus or Alphys? If not, fill those gaps and return to the Castle.
If you want the pacifist or genocide endings you have to play through the game accordingly to get them, as they wouldn’t make sense otherwise.
So reset the game and this time kill nothing Undertale is a game about timelines so it won't be as boring as you think you'll start to see signifigant differences.
If you do the genocide route do it after the full pacifist route and start it by uninstalling and reinstalling the game to make sure no data from past resets gets in the way.
