Pacifist End Ruined? (END GAME SPOILERS)
So i did a pacifist route and when i got to the fight with asgore toriel didnt come and save me the only time ive killed toriel is when i started the game and regreted doing so 2 mins later so i deleted the save files and reset the game and continued this is my first run and i dont know why i didnt get that ending im thinking maybe if i do another pacifist route maybe i will get it but i dunno if you want to see my ending ill write it here
sans:"heyo blah blah blah" Papyrus:"who u talkin to" Sans:"Go knock urself out" Papyrus: the queen made this new rule all humans are friends and the royal guard disbanded and undyne hates u (i poured water on her after i escaped but ok) and thinks u escaped and the souls are gone and yeah" so should i do a new run by deleting game files or just do a reset through game

There's a criteria you need to meet to ensure that the Pacifist route isn't aborted. Vitally, you do NOT kill anyone you encounter. Your Level of Violence (LOVE) must be Level 1 to proceed and you shouldn't earn any Execution Points either (EXP), thus brings me back to the point that you mustn't kill, only spare or flee.
If you meet this criteria, this will unlock the option to go on a date with Undyne. (Papyrus' phone call during your confrontation suggests that you go to her house in Waterfall to unlock this option, so go back there after she walks away from you in the Hotlands)
Before Asgore, Undyne will give you a letter in Snowdin (or if you spared Flowey in neutral route she will call you in the Hotel). Give it to Alphys, go on a date, then to go asgore

TL;DR Pretty much go on a date with everybody should the option arise and you will get the True Pacifist Ending. Just don't kill anyone and go on a date like you mean it.

However, if this is your first run, you must beat Omega Flowey and spare him in order to unlock the True Pacifist route. (and not kill anybody. this means that you don't have to create a new save file just to get to the true ending)

Flowey's a male. To say how I know would be a spoiler, so just trust me on that.

No it shouldn't. I don't think killing Asgore will add to your EXP anyway. If Flowey tells you to reload your save, you're on the right track. He might tell you to backtrack and go on a date with someone ;)

If Flowey told you to reload your SAVE file, then he also told you to meet up with specific characters (e.g. Papyrus, Undyne, or Alphys) and maybe they "have the key" to the happy ending.

the only downside to killing flowey is not getting the true pacifist hints, so that's normal (i guess?)
and who's "she"
