go make some pals
If you meet this criteria, this will unlock the option to go on a date with Undyne. (Papyrus' phone call during your confrontation suggests that you go to her house in Waterfall to unlock this option, so go back there after she walks away from you in the Hotlands)
Before Asgore, Undyne will give you a letter in Snowdin (or if you spared Flowey in neutral route she will call you in the Hotel). Give it to Alphys, go on a date, then to go asgore
TL;DR Pretty much go on a date with everybody should the option arise and you will get the True Pacifist Ending. Just don't kill anyone and go on a date like you mean it.
However, if this is your first run, you must beat Omega Flowey and spare him in order to unlock the True Pacifist route. (and not kill anybody. this means that you don't have to create a new save file just to get to the true ending)
No it shouldn't. I don't think killing Asgore will add to your EXP anyway. If Flowey tells you to reload your save, you're on the right track. He might tell you to backtrack and go on a date with someone ;)
and who's "she"
