Undertale becomes quite a different game...( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Serious answer:
Pink - Passion
The virtue of dedication, similar to determination.
The more pronounced one's emotions, the more powerful they become.
Love for a friend, devotion to a cause, or hatred of an enemy.
Fear should be obvious, though - Black. Chara became the very thing Determination shouldn't succumb to.
Brown - hm... Self-sufficiency?
Fear - maybe Grey?
Black - Hatred.
All traits are positive traits, that can converted evil.
Justice and Vengeance
Kindness and Self-Love
So on and so forth, so having a pure negative trait would not make sense in the world of UT.

I like it! ^^ I think it really works~
(Just so I don't double-post, just gonna add this on in general)
Pink- I agree with Passion! Not much to say about it. A person with a pink soul would likely be more emotional than most, and the more you care about someone, the better chance you'll have of getting a good outcome? o3o Either way, I like it.
Brown- Possibly self-sufficiency... but I wonder how it'd affect gameplay? A brown soul would likely be very independent. It's good, because they can rely on themselves, but bad, because they could be ganged up on more easily, as they probably would feel as if a group is unnecessary. The more I think about this, the more I like it! Thank you <3
Fear- I like grey for this. Fear would be something that could destroy you, or bring you power. If you inflict it, you're more powerful, and someone with a fear soul, in that case, could probably get over their own fears easier. On the other hand, if you have the fear soul and you don't want to inflict fear, it could destroy you with paranoia and other things. I love it, thanks!
Black- As danman3210 said, having a pure negative trait doesn't make sense in UT. Having it be hatred wouldn't work. I, personally, don't think a black soul exists. But, let's say it did. I don't think it'd be hatred, but it could probably be something else. Something that could be good or bad. Maybe power? Powerful souls are more prone to become like megalomaniacs; meaning someone obsessed with their power. They're more likely to lead people. This could be good or bad though. They're natural-born leaders, and they could start a rebellion or a time of peace if they wanted to. Really, it's what the person uses the power for. Good, or evil?
@danman Hm... I do see your point. Have any other ideas for a grey soul?
@Hoffnungslos Monster souls are white, so I don't see a human soul having this. Also, being impure or pure doesn't really make sense in UT ^^"
Still looking for grey soul ideas!
