I've also noticed another bug, but it only just occurred to me. Regardless of whether you continue wearing them, the Frying Pan continues to double HP gain and the stained apron continues to regenerate 1hp/round
I cant fully understand you, but Im saying this just in case:
When you beat (and spare both) Asgore and Omega Flowey, you have to relaunch the game and Continue it , NOT Reset. You would be loaded back to your last save point before fighting Asgore and then if you exit the castle, you should get a phone call from Undyne, who wants you to go meet her in Snowdin for a task, thus leading up to the events of the TL.
If you went to "Reset" instead of "Continue" right after the fight, Im afraid that you will need to start the run all over. If you launched your game after sparing Flowey and it automatically reseted the save file, that is definitly a bug(...? ( Depends if Toby is actually planning something, since the game was updated a few days ago... I wouldnt get my hopes up tho...))
you reset when you die
