Lv. 20 Neutral Possible?

Is it possible to get to Level 20 during a Neutral Run? Without editing the save file and hacking...

Does the sparing Muffet thing still work? That would make the total XP much higher than what I posted previously.

I am unsure, i have yet to test this or really see anyone test it, i am unsure, but i dont know how to downgrade UT back to that version of the game, soo...

I know the Loox thing was patched. I don’t know about Mettaton NEO only recognizing the 40 kills. I had honestly never heard of that until now.

I will start a new genocide run and get to hotland to test this out, if it doesnt work it either means A: it got patched out or B: never was a thing, ill reply once i get to him, idk whether im supposed to exhaust the 40 monsters before getting to muffet or after, I assume before, so off to commit mass murder as a 12 yr old.

It worked! Lvl 19, normal music playing, got worn dagger and heart locket! Off to fight asgore!

Instant noodles should still heal 90 HP when you fight Asgore.

He acts like you killed everyone, you get the full xp

So now we all know lvl 19 neutral is possible, but lvl 20 neutral will require more testing since i just wanted to test the muffet thing, so i didn't go for whoever was worth the most exp, and the loox glitch doesn't work in this version. But there is hope for it! :)

i know this was made in 2017 but it's possible just on older versions
