No, it's not. But it easily COULD be. Sans and Toriel are similar in more ways than one, and OBVIOULY enjoy each other's company. Also, they constantly told puns through the door to the Ruins. And Toriel trusted Sans enough to look after any humans that came through the door. Sans himself said he doesn't like making promises. But he keeps his promise, even through the genocide run until the very end. But it's not cannon. THAT'S WHY PEOPLE SHIP FRANS.
