why is the annoying dog keep on poping up on my screen

im just trying to play but a loading screen keeps on poping up and im unable to play the game does anyone know why?

Do you keep lowering your lvl? if you die when flowey is.. showing you how things work and you die, toby will pop up. or did you do hard mode?

It means your save file was corrupted most likely due to you hacking the game.

You have to reset to default the data to its working form.

Try verifying the games files by right clicking on it in the library go to properties go to local files and hit Validate game files or just uninstall it and reinstall it trust me it does not remove any of your data... I tried when ehmm the world was erased
