The Undertale unescapeable genocide folder.

so i just finished true pacifist last night and i came home from work to see that my undertale folder had the system_information_962 file in my game so i deleted the undertale folder and cleaned it to my surprise the system_information_962 file came back and i want to know if this is a update to where genocide is unescapeable or maybe its a glitch with the cloud, and i wanna let you all know i never ever did genocide in my life i am wondering if this is a glitch, if not then i don't know what is going on, anyway if i did something wrong please tell me, thank you.

the appdata folder my progress is gone and all that's left is the system_information_962 file, i can't delete the appdata undertale folder to. the system_information_962 keeps coming back.

Do you have steam cloud enabled for Undertale?

yes i do in fact it keeps coming back, even with the steam cloud disabled.

First you must open game for 10 minutes and sell your soul to chara.Then open undertale turn of steam cloud delete them exit undertale enable cloud agin then go to steam/users(your number)/undertale and delete system from it
you will have your game back,if you got stuck or can't do this your self
