Toriel's eyes

has anyone else noticed that toriels eye color always changes from brown to black. When she hits flowey in the begining her eyes are almost completely reddish brown! her eyes change a lot in the game and I dont know what this means...

This is a horrible side effect of not being in contact with male goats for 100 years or more. Toriel is severely sexually frustrated, her eyes reflecting the situation when she sees Flowey basically raping you.

Not true take a look at her eyes when she talks, sometimes they will be red

Okay I've checked again. And her eyes are really sometimes red. I've checked the sprites and there is only one not battle sprite with red eyes, "spr_face_torielblink_0". It could be that it was at first supposed to be part of her battle sprite, or Toby simply made a mistake.

So your saying that when flowey allegedly "raped" frisk, toriel didnt get concerned and actually do something about it instead she gets turned on about it? what the ♥♥♥♥?
