anime influence on Undertale

i rewatch anime call bleach. when i was watching the show some of things that happen in the story made me think of undertale

Ichigo Kurosaki main protagonist
use a sword that look like a knife and has a evil spirit with in him
kind like frisk and chara.
the show talk about it being it's kill or be killed. spirit are made of spirit energy like monster are made of magic. healing spell are green to i don't know if anyone talk about his yet probably.

I could say Undertale's based off of DBZ because you get stronger and Undyne turns into a super saiyan. That doesn't make it true though.

DBZ is better than Bleach.

Undertale is obviously a copy of the popular movie The Good, The Bad and The Ugly because there's a revolver in the game

Undertale is obviously a copy of the popular movie The Good, The Bad and The Ugly because there's a revolver in the game

I watched bleach, but I never made a connection between it and Undertale...

The fact that the main prtagonist doesn't have text boxes of his own shows that Undertale is an exact replica of my favorite anime, Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story.
