The XBox exclusive content includes slot machines, which are considered gambling. ESRB is super strict about that Unless it's in EA's sports games. It's the reason Pokemon dropped their Game Corners.

Unless i'm actually going insane, it looks like the rating has changed, previously said 18+ on the store from what i saw, and i'm 99% sure it said that. So i'm either actually seeing things, or they updated it. I also remember it specifically mentioning "simulated gambling". I could be wrong, but again, i'm sure it said 18+.

Edit: Unless i'm getting confused here, should really get some more sleep these days.

Huh. That is entirely possible. I didn't see the XBox trailer until 12 hours after it was uploaded, so it could have been changed in that time.
Either way, it's really strange, but it's not a big deal. Don't sweat it.
