New Character found?!

I found a character in game between where monster kid falls and the mountian that Undyne pounces on you from. I called Undyne and Papyrus and they start talking about puzzle school and how this guy was their professor. All he does is complain about today's kids don't do puzzles right anymore. Anyone else encounter this?

No, but I've seen the character in person before, he wants you to solve a puzzle which is just a rock against a wall. But I haven't seen this.... Cool :)

I think the guy appears in waterfall

..... That character will always be in any playthrough.... And is nowhere near any "hidden" character. -_-;;

I know who he is. He's a fun value easter egg, like Goner kid at the waterfall bridge.

He's not a fun value person. He'll show up on any run except for a Genocide run.
He's that rock thing that shows up after you fight Undyne, that complains that we're doing the block puzzle wrong.

I've played through about 4 times and this last run was the last tiem I saw him. Go figure.

I wondered because of his puzzel reference, if you do very well on all puzzles if he appears.
