Undertale Steam cards and badges

does anyone knows how do i get the undertale steam cards and badges? im not sure it's just "play the game" since i have almost 100 hours on it...

Trade with other players, buy them off the market, wait for a booster pack (though they're rare and you don't get to choose what game they're for), or turn duplicate cards into gems and craft a booster pack yourself when you have enough.

On the topic of Undertale cards/badges I put 10 bucks in my account to finish getting the lvl 5 badge, a process I started forever ago, but I can't do ANYTHING on the market until the 30th because a password reset and something else that I don't even know what it is, or anything about it.

Yeah I know how to get it easily too. I have the level 2 badge so I need 3 more sets and already have one card so I need 14. It's about 25 cents a card which is about $3.50 for me. I just can't use the market cause Steam has to be the most secure thing in the f***ing world.
