Quick question on the ending screen

I just beat Undertale for the first time and I completed the true pacifist ending. However, when the "The End" screen showed up, it was just the Undertale logo with "The End" and the dog. I've seen a "The End" screen where it's a picture of Frisk and the other main characters together. Is there any specific way to get this screen or is it random? Thanks

Reload the game and chose "I have places to go" when Toriel ask you to stay with her.
