In "undertale.ini" change the value next to "fun" to 66.
File - save, keep this open.
In "file0" go down to the 36th line, including the name at the top, and change the number to 66. (it should be the same number fun was in the .ini file before you changed it.
File - save, keep this open.
Open game and go to the next room on the right.
If you've done everything correct you'll be in a hallway that was not there previously.
There's only a 10% chance of the grey door to mystery_man appearing.
If the door is not there, file - save both .ini and file0, then close the game without saving. Reopen the game to try again. Keep doing this step over and over until the grey door appears.
When the door appears, just walk through it.
Set it to open with WordPad.
