Who woke up frisk in Waterfall?

Halfway through Waterfall Undyne will cut the dock under you, causing you to fall down to the trash dump.
The following text then appears

"It sound like it came from over here...
Oh! You've fallen down, haven't you?...
Are you okay? Here, get up...
(first human's name), huh? That's a nice name
My name is..."

And then you wake up. So who found you? Interesting that they weren't told your actual name (Frisk) but rather was told the first human's name. So...

Who woke up Frisk, or whoever it was?
And why did they think you were the first human?

I think it's probably a flashback or something to Asriel finding the first human. As shown in the True Pacifist ending, Asriel found the first human lying on the ground, and helped them up. And it makes sense as to why they were told the first human's name.

My only other suggestion is that maybe since the first human possesses Frisk in the genocide route, maybe it was the first human side that told whoever it was that found them their name. And the person who found them was just some random guy
(Or maybe it was Gaster?)

That was a memory of when Asriel first met Chara (the first human that fell). It's the same memory you see during the final boss of the pacifist route.
