Echo-S 8 (Voice Acting Mod)

Echo-S 8 is a fully voice acted mod for Final Fantasy 8 on the PC. (Not the Remaster)

This demo includes:

• Full voiced dialog for every spoken text box in this demo
• Fully Voiced FMVs
• Automatic text scrolling to allow conversations to feel more fluid
• A slightly altered dialogue to help deliver the story

The demo is roughly 4 hours, depending on your playstyle, and the installer can be downloaded here: https://www.tsunamods.com/echo-s-8/

How to play:

Download and run the installer, it will download and install Echo-S 8 for you.

Please feel free to leave us feedback of your playthrough of the demo. We wish to make this mod the best it can be and your feedback would be extremely helpful.

FFNX doesnt play nice with Tonberry.. Broke my entire modlist installing this once.

Sorry to hear that, but unfortunately that kind of thing happens, sometimes mods aren't able to coexist.
FFNx has been working on making textures moddable if I'm not mistaken though, don't quote me on it.
It's a WIP, literally FF8 wasn't even voicable until months ago, so there's a lot to work out.

hello, I would like to see an increase in the difficulty level in battles by at least 30% and several new optional tasks. Thank you
