The "Improved" Graphics are already being used, if you want the PS1 graphics then select it.
I figured id check it out n see how it looks, using Original Graphic mode does infact make everything look crappy compared to the updated textures version, so no it doesnt improve the graphics it makes it worse.
We've updated the graphics for them. For everyone who was hoping for more ;)
Final Fantasy 8 "HD"
its a game from the FN 90s, what the hell did you expect??
The graphics are better than the original graphics mode and compared to the PS1 graphics. please refrain from complaining about things you know nothing about.
You are very awesome. You guys did a really great job with these mods; I would've been beyond impressed had Square pulled this off themselves, especially the music and all the graphic updates.
Funny video btw; and you also nailed it when you discussed playing it at a young age. I did the same thing with junctioning and I'm also pretty sure I jumped to the end too fast bc I played it with large gaps of time in-between and forgot where to go... whoops.
That being said, thanks very much. I was already enjoying the game for what it was, but now I'll enjoy it for what it could've been.
Cheers
