Get rid of forced Keyboard input on game start & exit

Why was this put in? You did it for FF7 on Steam too.
On my SE Store version I could start the game right away, IIRC.

Now on Steam we get that stupid menu that pops up showing what the controls are - but it doesn't respond to gamepad OK. Same thing with exiting the game, you have to confirm with the keyboard.

This is just silly
