Having just completed the game with all six characters at level 100, with a full stock of magic for each along with 2-3 GFs for each, I found that level 100 was trivial provided that I was prepared with Magic Junctioned to the correct spot (ie don't go fighting Marlboros without Pain + Sleep + Confuse + Beserk junctioned to status defense).
That being said, I was underwhelmed with the final boss fight's difficulty.
i'm with RJ on this one it not like i needed to grind for lvl and all the bosses i pl;ayed up to are still vary easy the olny game that lvl up with you is FFT
i dont know how this game dos all it lvling i know it by exp but i'm guessing more of your power come from your GF then your own lvls
The achievement contrived finish would be impossible if bosses gave xp.
The bottom line is that the only thing that Level determines is how many numbers enemies will ring up for damage aginast your characters and how much damage. With correct magic stock and junctioning, difficulty goes DOWN as your progress into the game (with the exception of Omega Weapon).
Unless Squall was dead for all the bosses you mean?
There's no boss that Squall fights alone as far as I can recall.
