Stuck in Traffic!

I am on my first dream sequence of Langua and am in the city. I parked the car in the middle of the road, went to the hotel, saved it and came back out. I have a traffic jam, but can't go anywhere but to my car (where I can't do anything) and the hotel. I haven't spoken to anyone. The last dialoge I had was one of the guys saying 'so your gonna meet her (or something like that)".

The cars block my way from everything else. I am on the pc version and since I saved before the jam (as Laguna) I can't go back any further (the beginning of the dream sequence or even just after I parked the car).

What am I doing wrong????

There's a room to the right in the hotel. Go there and talk to the waitress. You should be able to work things out from there.
