ST-A/D and EL-A/D Issue

I have no idea if this is just me, But I can't Junction any Magic to my Status - Attack or Defense. Infact the tab for it in game allows me to junction Elemantal -Attack and Defense but I have no option to junction any magic in the EL-A/D tab.

None of my GF have any Status abilities either... I have missed 2 but is that right? Not seen any way to get Status defense any other way... So confused

So essentially I can Junction Elements but no Status. Is this common? It's a bit of a pain If im honest, Progressing through the 3rd disk now and getting Pawned a little by some of the random monsters.



If anyone could shed some light that would be great.

For Status, you need to junction spells like, Blind, Sleep, Stop, etc. Also, you need a GF that has the St-Atk or St-Def ability equipped to the character.

I have only litterally just got the option to learn St-Atk on one of my GF after posting the above post... Its crazy half way through the 3rd Disk. I must suck. thanks for the post

Some GFs start with those abilities. If you miss any GFs in the game, you have one last chance to get them at the final place in Disc 4.

must be the 2 i did not draw out of the Enemies early on... Siren and Carbunkle

You can find/buy those abilities from certain shops that you can teach to your GFs.

hmmm im stuck in Esthar at the minute so after this stage ill go on search of these shops.. Ny idea where to start lol

Esthar has a store to the right of the area that a mother and her child are standing in front of. Its a collection of multiple stores and a pet shop is one of them and if its "closed" just keep clicking it till they open up xD. You can also purchase amnesia greens to forget abilities you don't need to add on ones you want (Like multiple draw, magic, item abilities).

Not sure if you need the Familiar ability to get the stat junction purchases or not though.

Also if you have played the Triple Triad Card game up to this point you can card mod those cards into items that can teach your gfs the stat junction abilities.

thanks for the helpful info there some great stuff to try. I have been to the store but no Status ability that I seen... alas. cheers guys

You can get any that you missed at the end of the game..

You could also just use an editor to get any that you missed.
