"Hm... well, using a few tweaks, I seem to be able to broadcast on Steam just fine using GeDoSaTo and Tonberry! I haven't had the chance to try this while getting an achievement, but it works! The one downside is that you can't pull up the overlay using Shift+Tab or the game crashes. I set my Steam Settings to not display any messages in the Overlay when I get chats or when I take a screenshot, but I can take screenshots to boot!
Let me know if you want to test this!"
Hey Leonhart! You should put Berrymapper in Tools, and Rebirth Flame in 'Graphics' because it's an actual texture mod. (It's THE texture mod)
P.S.: Let me know whenever and which changes you make when you make them so as I can update this discussion thread too which unhopefully isn't becoming bloody sticky!
What's new?:
2.03:
2.02 broke collision resolution--textures from the collisions.csv hashmap were not properly stored in the cache, which caused bad replacements and glitching textures especially on loading screens and in menus; this issue is resolved
Known issues:
Some users are experiencing random crashes when using Tonberry with Project Eden. If you are having this or any other issue please post here with details so I can look into it. Until more is known about the crash, my best advice would be to save frequently.
The overlay is still not supported by Tonberry and should be either disabled or circumvented using Mcindus' GeDoSaTo configuration.
What's new?:
2.04:
- Persistent textures - modders now have the ability to designate textures as "persistent," meaning they will never be removed from the cache.
- Significant performance improvements - Tonberry should be running faster than ever due to some major cache optimizations and an improvement to the way we handle the core textures.
**cache_size should be no more than 250 to prevent memory overflow exceptions
Known issues:
- The Steam overlay is still not supported by Tonberry and should be either disabled or circumvented using Mcindus' GeDoSaTo configuration[forums.qhimm.com]
It's not that simple. Tonberry is an external texture support mod, and you need those external textures to change the silly B3, B4, etc. textures.
You want to use a mod that doesn't "mod"ify the original game. How is something like that even possible? If you're looking for native support, then get in touch with the developers of the original game.
