Max character stats.

I know that can raise specific stats when level up using a GF ability ,the second way is devouring certain enemies and the last one is synthesizing items.

I overleveled my characters to obtain better magic and harder enemies so its late for the first method and devouring is too much time cosuming and tedious.

Can still max my stats with the third way synthesizing items?

Refining is slower than using devour, you need 10 Hyper Wrists for 1 Str-up or 10 Adamantine for 1 Vit-Up (10 lvl30+ adamantoise kills for a single stat point).You can also buy some of the items you need from the pet shop in esthar for ~300k a stat point.

you can but its very time consuming, better to just junction spells to try to max out your stats really.
You can also use the card-mod ability to refine cards for stuff but that takes time too.

use f5 to max cash and then do the menu vendor->refining process for HP, STR, SPT, and MAG. Max VIT by Devouring Adamantoises. Then if you want to waste crazy amounts of time, farm ingredients and cards to max out speed, evasion, accuracy, and luck.
