No Level-Up Run...Odin, Gilgamesh, or Neither?

So I'm considering doing a no level-up run, which I've done in the past before, but I always get stuck with the question...do I get Odin, Gilgamesh, or neither? I saw someone on YouTube with a no level run and he had Gilgamesh, which seems insane to me considering he can just Zantetsuken anyone at any time, ruining the run.

Any thoughts?

Since Odin/Gilgamesh don't gain levels I'd say it would make things so faster but yeah it would take some of the challenge out of it.

That's not the issue. The issue is that when Odin or Gilgamesh appear, they tend to kill all the enemies, giving the players EXP, thus leveling them up when you don't want them to. A no level-up run can't have the player kill any enemies.

Seems pretty obvious. If you wanna do a no level up run, don't get Odin/Gilgamesh.

Or you can get No Encounter. As you know, boss battles don't give xp anyway.
