Mobile Type 8 Card

Hey, I'm going for the collector achievement and I can't seem to get one card.
I heard you can get it from the CC members on board Ragnorak during Disc 4 but I was wondering if I can get it before I enter the Lunatic Pandora and fight Adel.

I don't know if you're still trying to get the card, but the best card players to try and get the card from before Lunatic Pandora are probably the Elder or Artisan in Shumi Village. They both play cards from level 7 and three other different levels, giving you the best odds of them playing the card you want.

If you still have annoying rules in Shumi Village (they use Trabia's rules) then try Martine in FH or the man in black in Deling City. They both use all the levels from 1-7.

i know this topic is old but, i play this game again from begining, and i complete Card Ability, when the first mission to dollet (the way to Dollet Tower) i want to do some lvl up and mastering abillity (GF) and 2 Anacondaur appeared, so because at Garden i do some ♥♥♥♥ and lossing some cards, i do Carding those for x3 times each appeared. And for the 3rd times i got Mobile Type 8 Cards... description says "Monster Blue Dragon,Anacondaur" i dont know is this my lucky day or not but yeah i got it xD so i think we can get them by rare chance when we do card those snake xD
