Anyone know of a 100% walkthrough?

I'm looking for a written guide dedicated to a 100% run(all gf, cards, limit breaks, items, etc). I'm already aware of speed runs on youtube but would prefer a good list for completion.

So i just finished 100% FF7 and it was super easy, not much grind compared to other FF games, nothing was to difficult to steal or get to drop. Ive beat ff8 but dont remember much about it, i wanna do a 100% but im not looking to spend 100+ hours, XC did you use the guide to 100% your game and roughly how long did it take you if you did?
