No shop in CD4?

I didn't play the card game because I didn't know I could play by pressing (in my case) square to play with people, so now I'm almost out of items, what now?

If you have the GF's Tonberry or Doomtrain they have the shop & junk shop abilities. The other option is the card player Joker who has a shop on the Ragnarok.

You're welcome, I'd also learn Alexander's med ability so you can make some powerful healing items that are really useful in endgame. You can still challenge people to triple triad on the Ragnarok but they're pretty strong so you'd need to build your own deck to stand a chance against them.
Using the card mod on enemies in Ultimecia's castle helps a bit.

If you didn't complete the CC Card group sidequest then there's no one to play with on the Ragnarok except Joker, and I'm not sure he's willing to play.

But yes, Tonberry and Doomtrain do wonders together on Disc 4.
