But it's not really the difficulty i was looking for.
There are some other mods out there.

Even a enemy editor: http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=8741.0
But unfortunately not compatible with the Steam Version. Does anyone know something better or can explain a way to modify the enemys?
For Steam version, you have to do these 3 steps:
1. Copy files battle.fl, battle.fi & battle.fs from FINAL FANTASY VIII\Data\lang-en\ to the folder above: FINAL FANTASY VIII\Data\
2. Install hardcore patch.
3. Copy files again to FINAL FANTASY VIII\Data\lang-en\ (overwrite).
This Mod http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=15354.0 works perfectly well combined with this mod: http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=11026.0
I started a new game and my full HP party just got a one hit instant kill by Dinosaurs Tail attack. Looks very promising now. At least enough not to get bored. Enjoy the game.
Nice! Great work!
