Can't find Trabia Garden...

Does anyone know where Trabia Garden is? I need to go there and can't find it. I always find my way back to Timber or Galbadia.

Trabia is on the Eastern side of the world map, the snow covered continent. The Garden should be in the Northern part, within a mountain range.
