Edea won't give me the letter to get to the white SeeD ship
How to get past this glitch?

Already did that and beat the ruby dragon. Based on what I've read and remember from playing this back in the PS1 games, getting the letter is the next step.

Tried to find it, it's not there. Also, Edea is still saying the same thing from before I went to the infirmary, so I definitely haven't gotten the letter.
