Siren lvl 100 not needed for Dark Matter on PC ?

On PSX, you need G-Force Siren to be lvl 100 to be able to use Tool-RF ability to refine a Dark Matter into a Shaman stone, for Quistis Limit Break.

But I heard lvl 100 is not needed on the PC version.

Is it still true with this Steam version of the game ?

True, but it's 100 Curse Spike into 1 Dark Matter for the Blue Magic for Quistis.

Yes, if you really have an abundance of Curse Spikes, you can refine them again. 1 Dark Matter can then be refined into 1 Shaman Stone, which can be refined again into 1 LuvLuvG.

But it does not matter any more, I just got a Dark Matter in Chocobo World, and I will get 99 with the glitch (altough I know only one is required for Quistis Limit Break).
