I just played a card game, and I get the general concept, and I just finished reading the rules. Shouldn't this screenshot have been a case of "same"?

Oh I thought same was always on, so if it's open rules then it's purely just whether the number is bigger or not then? Thanks

Thanks for the help. Is there anyway to speed this game up? I know all the others have that idea. Not in this one:?
