mod that gives same XP to all party members

does it exist? i was replaying legend of dragoon with this type of mod and it made it so much more fun without grinding for party members

Honestly it's better not to level in this game. Monsters grow with your level but they grow at a higher rate, so leveling up is counterproductive.

That includes bosses as well. Honestly, I find it much easier to just go through the game as quickly as possible ignoring any opportunities for grinding. Even if you need to grind AP for GF abilities later on, Cactuar Island is a great place to do so as the Cactuars there only grant very tiny amounts of exp but grant tons of AP your GFs can use to learn abilities, so you will get your chance to do so at some point in the game when you actually need it most.

might as well do that thanks for the tips guys its been a while since i played this replaying some cod campaigns right now so ill keep this in mind.
