Galbadia Garden (spoilers)
So after the invasion, after they inundated Balamb Garden with troops and military hardware, left craters in the quad and in general making a whole mess of things, where did it go after the attack? Trabia got wrecked, Balamb got sieged, and Galbadia got no repercussions from anyone. I know it was under the control of Edea/Adel, but still, just to cause so much chaos and then leave like the drunk frat guy who pooped in the kitchen and waltzed away.

Well galbadia was a puppet and powerful, while balamb and trabia were just gardens. Granted what galbadia was doing to timber, and dollet was wrong, but that was also influenced by the sorceress. So really what we have is 2 major nations, galbadia and esthar, little city nations (really look like villages calling themselves nations to me) and some elite gardens with trained soldiers.. Guess people saw it as gardens problem and didn't really care to push anything more with galbadia a much more powerful nation.
If you're asking what happened to G-Garden after Edea was defeated, it is never specified. It disappears from the map and is never seen or mentioned again.

It's worth remembering that it is actually the Galbadian military (under Edea and Seifer's command) that attack Balamb Garden, not Galbadia Garden itself. They were just using Galbadia Garden as a base. All of the former students and staff at the Garden had been kicked out (including Martine), sometime after the failed assassination attempt. The few Galbadia Garden students who remained actually help Squall's party out by giving him the keycards; they hate Edea as much as you do.
