Obel Lake sidequest missable?

I am currently at the Balamb Garden in chaos quest after the missile attack, can I still complete the rest of the Obel Lake sidequest? I can't find a way back to Obel Lake right now because the train isn't at the station at the moment

I just finished it at the end of game before heading to final fight on "CD4". Just played it on Xone.

That’s good to know! I looked into it a little more and I think the mission is only possible to complete once you obtain Ragnarok and before the final fight like you mentioned you did.
