Censorship in FF8 Remaster.

If you think Squeenix would stop at censoring Tifa in FF7 Remake, think again.
Judging by the trailer in FF8 Remaster Rinoa's cleavage and Selphie's magic cast camera movements are censored.
Most likely something else.

I am against censorship but i dont think you can call this censorship at all.

Selphie difference is not noticable unless you are intentionally searching for it which is a ridiculously small difference, and Rinoa is way better this way.

She had the same new cleavage on Dissidia NT. And it seems like both the Squall and Rinoa model are based on NT now, which makes sense.

Lets be real here for a second, Tifa has to wear a bra under that top. Its necessary otherwise the jiggling effect would be on Highschool of the Dead levels.
As for why its a sport bra, well...maybe because a sport bra is designed to be more comfortable and durable during physical activities like fighting.

I like Tifa's Advent Children outfit the most, but if i have to choose between the old one and the sport bra version, i like the sport one more. It gives her some more black color overall, which suits her more.

Its not censorship man, her outfit change is a simple design change which can be explained easily like i said.

You want to know what censorship is? Check the outfit changes in Dead or Alive, or the new Mortal Kombat. Now that is plain and simple censorship and bending the knee to SJW.

Adding a sport bra under Tifa's tank top is not censorship,it dosnt cover anything that you used to see before.
Rinoa is closer to being censored but the change is still so minimal that literally nobody cares except you.

Tifa has to wear a bra, yes. Who said she wasn't? I always assumed she had a sports bra under her tank top, like a normal person, much the same way I assume Cloud has underwear on. They didn't need to make it look stupid. It's not even the bra, it's the tiny slip of a shirt covering only 3/4 of the sports bra that looks silly. It's like putting on big granny panties and then wearing daisy duke shorts over it.

Umm.. a lot of girls wear sports bras and tank tops in that fashion. Most of our tank tops have very tiny straps so it's hard to NOT have our sports bras not showing. Have you guys ever seen women in real life before? Plus the thin tank top over the sports bra is a pretty fashionable look, especially in the late 90s.

Tifa is a creature that can punch dragons, huge mechs, evangelions and interstellar demigods to death. She might be "human martial artist" in-universe, but she's far above and beyond real world human. She's basically a dragon ball z human.
She's not realistic and is not supposed to look realistic.
Same for FF8, or any numbered FF really, characters.

That's not even comparable and you know it, unless you haven't actually seen the new Tifa. It was never fashionable to wear a tank top that is literally smaller than a sports bra OVER a sports bra.

My point is, she’s looked human all along. Her proportions are exactly the same as they were in the original. She’s just wearing something that a human person would wear.

Also... there are many gamers that would be weirded out by huge boobs flopping around during combat, and Squeenix is trying to sell games. I would bet more than a nickel that Tifa has other outfits during the game for you thirsty boys to admire her in all her glory. Like the Don Corneo sequence.
