Going back to garden after leaving Esthar?

So I'm not sure if I missed something, but I'm trying to get doomtrain after visiting esthar. I dont have ragnarok, but i need to get back to garden so I can find a location w/ malboros to get tentacles for doomtrain side quest. I unfortunately didnt have enough malb cards to refine for tentacles so any idea how I can achieve that?
I had planned on riding garden to choco forest then going to a malboro spot but the garden is currently at FH where as I'm on the area with esthar.

You'll have to fight malboros for the tentacles or mug them then escape if you can't protect your party from their bad breath attack. Steel pipes you can mug from Wendigos,then use Alexanders med-lv up ability to make the 6 remedy+ items.

Don't forget the Solomon's ring from at Tears point in front of the statue at Esthar.

It's also possible to obtain Doomtrain from Chocobo world,but I have no idea how long it takes to do it that way.
