Pink Materia While Climbing The Wire

I notice a pink item, probably a materia while climbing up to Shinra Headquaters from the Wall Market.. I'm certain it wasn't in the original game at least not that I can remember. I checked out some youtube walkthrough videos and I didn't see the item in any of the videos, some of the videos already being years old. Anyways I took a screen shot, the pink item is next to cloud sort of behind the wire. I can't get to it, nor do I know what it could be... if I just forgot, well that's just sad. thats only a graphical glitch, not an item. And dont worry about forgetting, this game is so deep your bound to forget something :P.

Ahh yes, I'll go with glitch. I never really liked using walkthroughs, but this was driving me nuts so I had to look it up on youtube to see if it was glitch or an obtainable item, I just couldn't remember for the life of me. I couldn't find the pink light on any of the videos so yeah..glitch. Haha Phew! Thanks for the replies.

There's another one on the equipment just as you get to the top of the wire off the wall.
