What is Linear Filtering in this game?

What Linear Filtering do? Should I keep off?

Linear Filtering is like Bi-linear / Tri-linear / Anisotropic filtering.

...should be on for better filtering.

If you have Anisotropic filtering forced on in your Graphic-Card-Controll Center ( Nvidia Control Pannel or AMD Catalyst Control Center ), you´re not able to see the diference.

i think ill release soon my pack of modded shaders that makes image almost like on PS1 but less blury and yet no pixelated.
